I SHOT THIS IMAGE AT THE ALMOST END OF THE LIGHT THAT I HAD ON A GRAY AND UGLY DAY, THE OWL WAS IN HIS HUNTING MOOD, HE LANDED IN THE FIELD FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES, RESTED AND THEN FLEW OFF.

Peter, the presentation with the snowy habitat and the alert and direct, yet comfortable stare toward you is great.  The eye level view is very pleasing, as if you were another owl - what a lovely naturescape and mood you've captured!
