Fabio, what a great running pose, the colors and pattern on Rail is so pretty!  Hint of habitat is a nice addition - super image.

A fine action capture of this running rail in its natural habitat! Lovely image.

The action depicted turns this good photo into a great photo.

Super action shot! These are hard to get in open. I just got back from the field and there were tons of Virginia Rails deep inside Cattails (tall grass).
Some of them were really close , maybe 5 feet, but I couldn't seen them buried deep in the grass.

Catching the Rail in stride while running makes all the difference – super action frame!

Excellent shot. The Rail is similar to our Virginia Rail.

This one put a smile on my face, and my wife's - she is from Italy and these rails are local in her area but very hard to find. Maybe we would get a glimpse as they ran through vegetation or a partial opening.

Thank you all for the passage and the comment.
I am from Florence, in my area it is quite rare, but above all it is very reserved, it is almost always in the reeds and it is very difficult to see it in the open, it is practically the European version of Virginia Rail, I do not know the size, but the appearance is really similar, they look like brothers.
