These are probably one of my favorite shorebirds - love the breeding plumage. Nice image.

Really nice habitat shot Karl! The are always in the mud or sand. I like the out of focus foreground, it adds to the image making bird stand out.

Super foraging pose with the raised foot and attentive expression, Karl. Plus great low angle and detail. I wish I had two year old images this nice waiting for processing. :wink:
