Hiked deep into public land during a sideways rain storm hoping for the barred owls to show. Just after the rain let up, at dusk, this ruby-throated showed up right in front of me. Fast fading light, and rain glistening off everything made for tricky conditions. But it really made the plants pop! Cropped little off side, full top to bottom

Welcome, Drew. Love how the little hummer is looking right at the jewelweed-a very perky pose and a real charmer! I like the framing too- it shows how small the hummer is. :)

A lovely composition with this little beauty posed sweetly in such a pretty natural setting. Well done, Drew!

A good-looking natural scene (not set up), which is refreshing, Drew. The colorful flowers and rain drops are great additions to your image. Very nice!

This is very nice Drew. Like the choice of showing small in the frame. it suits such a tiny bird
