Hi,

been a long time, have been working on a few projects and done lots of travelling for new birds. I'll try to be more active again here :)

This is a bird I was able to get earlier this year. It lives in the higher elevated rainforest areas in Queensland and their plumage is simply amazing.

This is amazing on all counts. It looks like a painting-those markings are , well, remark-able!! Great shot!

Jan,
I’ve been pretty much stuck at home of late, so have been focusing (NPI) on what’s available - for me, butterflies. That being the case, I haven’t been cruising the other galleries, but when this popped up as an EP on the front page. . . Wow! Stunning. Great subject, light, BG, color palette, comp, just everything! Great job.
