This is the first immature TV that I've seen. On first look I thought it might be a Black Vulture which would be pretty rare on the Central California Coast.

I really like the back pose. The wing spread, and its detail, are excellent.

Richard, Nice details. I see these all the time. The only difference that I notice is overall size. Other than that, I think they're indistinguishable.
