Shot this morning. I am having a blast with these young fledglings.
This young beauty is very approachable and relax it doesn't mind at all my presence. 
I took some shots and then just watch the owl how it reacts to different sounds and noises around and my favorite is when it is doing head bobbing, so cute.
D2Hs,200-500mm f/5.6
1/100, ISO-200, f/5.6, handheld, VR-ON @500mm , fill flash at -3 just a hint to fill the shadows.

You are building a great series of photographs of these owls, Ludo. I can only imagine the number of quality images you have obtained judging from the last few gems you have posted. The eyes are all important in bird photography, and you have it in spades here.
