Wonderful catbird portrait and behavior shot. You certainly look to be enjoying your new lens-body combo with two great images posted from them. Both are sharp, sharp, sharp!

What a beautiful portrait of a Catbird.  The berry is the icing on the cake.  I see and hear lots of Catbirds.....but rarely get a chance to photograph one, much less one as nice as this one.  Well done.

As soon as I hit the submit button, I noticed that you had switched to Nikon.  I'd say that it suits you well.

Karl, Nice one. I planted a Mulberry tree several times trying to get it to grow in South Texas with no luck. The switch Nikon looks like it will be a lighter rig to carry around. Hope you give us your opinion of the difference in equipment.
