Ludo it's common  Kingfisher(on all Europe), the scientific name is "Alcedo Atthis".

Thanks for the respond Fabio. Ahh, common Kingfisher or Eurasian Kingfisher. Nice bird.

Here,  where I live in the Pacific Northwest we have only Belted Kingfisher.
