One of the most beautiful birds I have photographed. They are normally found in the higher altitudes of the Himalays. This has been photographed at an altitude of more than 13,000 ft amidst biting cold and chilling wind. Fog was also playing villain in this episode so I had a light crunch.

Thanks for the stop.

Shot with Nikon D500 + Nikkor 300 mm f/4 ( Non VR ) + 1.4 X TC

1 / 640s

f / 5.6

ISO 4000

Awesome color and markings on the bird and a sweet look back pose, Biru.

Beautifully posed to show every feature on a nice vertical perch, like the inclusion of the high altitude bamboo habitat too, well done with such high ISO, a very fine image.
