Very nice classic pose of this good looking woodpecker. Nice colors with a nice details even with TC 1.4X.

a beauty of a shot, the details is superb on the woodpecker, the details on the tree bark is real to life looking, good job RON.

Great shot of this favorite Woodpecker of mine, Ron.
The tree looks great, background is silky smooth and the bird is just beautiful.
I know a nesting hole, I should visit it before it is too late.

Excellent shot in nice subtle light to expose every bit of the frame, like the pose, head to tail in focus, bg and the perch, very well done Ron!
