One of the nice things about photography is that our views are subjective and often different. This is very nice as is, but if it were mine I would consider cropping in a little tighter to make the kingfisher a bit larger in the frame, and while doing so it would be easy to move the bird off center. The background and color in this image are both very good.

Great bird. A bit of a crop from the top and right to get the bird out of dead center would help compositionally in my opinion.

Love the colours, pose, and that great branch.
Looks as if you have the pixels to enlarge further, and I agree that de-centering it would add a lot of compositional interest.
