Shot yesterday at the same place as my previous post. By this time, light was almost gone and here it goes ISO-4000, but this now considered old 1D Mark IV handles high ISO really nicely.
1D4, SIGMA 500mm f/4.5 EX DG HSM + 1.4X TC (700mm f/6.3)
1/2000, ISO-4000, f/8, handheld.

Great job of framing this pair, Ludo! Although critical focus appears to be on the rear duck, the focus on the duck in front is not off much. Love the inclusion of habitat in the background.

Thanks for the kind words Ron. I intentionally focused on the male to capture nicely colored wing markings.

I figured that was the case since the male is so beautiful, but you were very close to getting the female too. Great job!
