Just fledged and coming in for a landing at the burrow.

Jake, Another good one. I might make the sky a little less blue? Looks like fun.

Well Gene, this was at sunrise on a beautiful morning and the sun was dead on the Owlet.  It is what it is....

The Owlet had just fledged and was hopping around trying to balance on a telephone wire.  Probably jumping 2 to 3 feet over the wire.  Fun to watch.
