Not as common as the name would suggest, and rather shy, elusive and clever (as all magpies). I managed a few good shots in West Bengal...

This image needs to be viewed large to fully appreciate it. The detail and color are excellent. Nice work, Ugolino!

Nice pose and a beautiful subject. Looks like it was underexposed at capture and the blacks are blocked as a result. Remember to expose for the darks too. Well done
