Another Verdin from my test of the new 180-400mm Nikon lens with built in 1.4x.

A real beauty, EJ. The gorgeous green background sets off the Verdin beautifully. Are you going to post your test results? I know a lot of us would be interested.

Another lovely image of this little beauty. Beautiful bird and perch, great pose (should be viewed to a chorus of 'climb every mountain' ) lovely colour palette and superb detail!
