Shot today afternoon. I was shooting Yellowlegs when this fella zoomed right in front of me. It was too close for 500mm lens. This is full frame shot with no crop.
1D4, SIGMA 500mm f/4.5 EX DG HSM
1/2000, ISO-1600, f/6.3, handheld.

An excellent composition and an attractive high key presentation, Ludo. Love the sweet detail, the pose, and the story behind the image.
