Shot February 2017.This is almost full frame shot with a minimal crop. This owl flew right by me,  very very close.
1D4, EF300 f/2.8L USM NON-IS
1/2500, ISO-250, f/2.8, handheld.

This is a top-notch image, Ludo. The framing, with the diagonal line of the wings, is excellent, and so is the eye contact. The habitat is very attractive and serves as a wonderful setting for this image. Congrats on a fine image.
