Welcome to the Birds Gallery, David. Assuming the prey was caught by the hawk in the wild, I would say this is a pretty powerful head-on close up image. I like the crop and the background, and I think the eyes are wonderful. It is helpful, for critique purposes, if you list the technical information along with any other pertinent information about the shot when you post the image. A very nice image.
