Yo!
p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 13.0px Helvetica} p.p2 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 13.0px Helvetica; min-height: 16.0px} These guys will be headed back to the arctic soon, so I'm trying to get my last licks in before they disappear from SF Bay until next fall! You gotta love those black axillaries or 'armpit' feathers as they are diagnostic for identification from American Golden-Plover and Pacific Golden-Plover at all seasons. Amazing that those don't change color during molt but adjacent breast feathers do! Black-bellied Plover - winter plumage Canon 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 IS II on EOS 7D2 1/3200 at f/5.6, ISO 400 As much as I love my 500 I and my 400 DO II, shooting with this lens (particularly while birding!) is a joy...... Cheers Dorian |
