Angel Paz also has trained other ground dwelling birds besides Antpittas to come to worms

Michael, great low angle, good detail, and very nice pose. You definitely came away with some very fine images on this trip.

Fantastic look a this shy bird. Subject isolation is really good and the mossy log is great!

Beautiful bird with unusual colouring. Great eye, and fine detail.
I love the moss and BG, but IMHO seems a bit"electric" and competes with the bird.

Sandy - not sure what you mean by electric - As usual for birds being fed at these various sites no flash is allowed and this was taken inside rain forest with no direct sunlight in fact probably in  a cloud but working fairly close to bird. as usual for these places Angel loves to get the big lens close - really not fair to others with smaller glass or the birders. I did notice that shooting in these conditions very indirect lighting due to super overcast conditions or actually being in clouds - colors pop - when I used flash I usually had it 3 stops under sometimes more and at times I tested it with the hummers and their flashy colors blew off page even w/o flash. Rarely used flash when actually shooting through cloud and thank LR for dehaze slider. This shot is cropped down to 21 MP from 47

PS was well setup by Angel - He had log above viewing area and worms were out of site - trick was getting shots before Antthrush had mouthful of worms - for those un-familiar with some of worms in tropics - the Giant Earthworm can get really big - maybe 3 plus ft long and over 1 inch in diameter

I had already separated  BG so I toned it downed and removed yellow distractions

I would be tempted to remove that second tiny highlight in the eye, as the eye is so prominent in the photo Michael. Still a lovely image!

Carol - I see your point - did not really look at eye while processing since I did not use flash - but this rainy misty conditions with defuse light did impact eye
