I like this one the best of your recent shots of this bird. You got some color showing on his head as well as great detail and the nice low angle blurred back and fore ground.

Leigha, Interesting you have a blurred foreground, in focus where the bird is, and then the same blurring in the background. I think it adds to the image. A very small nit, but I think I would have cloned the top of the image so the blurred blue water continued throughout the image.
