Sandy, Excellent comp of a very well photographed Titmouse. Like that the perch is small enough not to overpower the small bird. Only suggestion: maybe brighten the eye just a tad.

Nice diagonal line to the perch, Sandy, and a lovely pose with the crest up. Sweet soft lighting and beautiful background.
