Paul, you have a great collection of warbler images, and this one fits right in. Beautiful color, light and habitat.

Ron,  I live at the place I consider the easiest place to photograph lots of warblers - Michigan's Eastern Upper Peninsula, because there is so much opportunity.  24 warbler species breed in the general area.  During spring migration warblers coming up the Mississippi Flyway are funneled through the mitten of Michigan's Lower Peninsula as they go north, while avoiding flying over water.  And they are fueled by abundant midge hatches from Lake Michigan and Lake Huron - billions of midges within the near shore forests.  When the warbler flocks arrive to the Upper Peninsula many head northeast along the shoreline until the shoreline turns east/southeast.  There is a current spruce budworm outbreak in that area, so Cape May and Tennessee Warblers are abundant and the numbers of other warblers have increased.  There are more warblers in the forests than I have encountered elsewhere traveling the U.S. This is why I am doing two 5 day workshops during the ideal time for warblers, during mid-to-late May, when they are arriving and local breeders are taking territory.  I haven't posted spring females, or fall warblers, but this area is also excellent for photographing them.
