Jake, Nice find. The mother framing the chicks is excellent. Since it is a white bird, I think I would have used (in lightroom) post-crop vignetting to darken the corners to help bring the eye of the viewer to the mother framing the chicks.

Great pose with the chicks and beautiful detail, Jake. Gene has a good idea on vignetting.

Awesome shot Jake, I would add a bit of highlights down as well for those over expose whites, the moment is just amazing!!!
