Another shot of this little rascal. These are hard to shoot. They run around the forest floor between fallen branches and trees, constantly moving. Light is always terrible, so when you finally see them in the open you have a split second before they disappear in the vegetation. So much fun and good challenge :-)
In this shot there were some branches in front of the bird creating interesting out of focus BG.

1D4, SIGMA 500mm f/4.5 EX DG HSM
1/160, ISO-2000, f/6.3 on tripod.

Yea, this is a really tough bird! Detail is nice but head angle is tough with him looking away.

Ludo, great find. Love the natural environment and the wonderful detail. A head turn toward the camera would be nice. Well done!
