Small Pratincole in flight

Every winter these Pratincoles flock near River Mahananda, near Siliguri, West Bengal, India. This shot was taken this winter (Jan '18).
(Nikon D500 & Nikon 500 f4 G ED VR) Shutter - 1/3200 seconds, F – 7.1, ISO – 640;

I appreciate all critiques.

Very well executed flight shot close to the water to get the nice reflection.The smooth blue water sets off the bird beautifully.
