Eastern meadowlark

The meadowlarks were singing while I was in Florida 2 weeks ago. I am used to the western form with their familiar song. The eastern ones, although almost identical in appearance, have a much different, shorter and less impressive song. Still they are a pretty bird. Photographed in typical habitat.
