Nice image John, especially when clicked on. It is the age old problem of telling a Coopers from a sharp-shinned. From this view it would only be a guess. But I do see way more Coopers than sharpies so I usually err on calling them coopers.

Great looking back pose, excellent find and shot. The tail end should tell the ID but it is kind of confusing on this image. My guess it is a Cooper's.
