Amazing shot John! This is a very rare treat to see Barn Owl in flight with a vole. Stunning image, with nice down wing and superb BG. This is top notch.

This is an awesome image, John, and one that I have unsuccessfully tried to get even when I had a pair of cooperative barn owls to work on. Thank you for sharing.

John, what a great image! Nice detail, interesting habitat in the background, and a lovely flight pose with prey. Congrats.

Thanks for the comment. Its a treat when things come together and you're in the right place at the right time. I remember thinking I can die in peace now when I saw this on the lcd. :)
