A tough lighting situation, but you got some very nice detail on the little bird. The upside down pose is unique among birds, but the dark shadows above and on the bird are somewhat distracting.

Looks like a bush tit to me. Olive-sided flycatchers are a relatively large bird (for fly catchers) that catch their food while in flight. Doubt you would see one in this pose.
That aside, I would try a vertical crop on this image and leave more room on the bottom. Focus is right on.

I agree with Bob this is a Bushtit - nice shot typical upside down pose - Not visible in picture but this is a tiny bird with a long tail
