Great head on flight pose you captured here. I would like to see more detail in the white areas (wings, legs, tail, etc.). This can possibly be achieved in post processing.

Great head-on shot, Rachel. The small snow flakes add nicely to the winter atmosphere. Agree there could be more detail, particularly in the wings and tail.

Rachel another excellent Snowy Owl in flight image. For me what really adds to this image is the horizon line in the BG with flakes of snow evident against the dark shade of the trees. I also like your choice of crop and that stare couldn't get any better. Cheers
