The whooping crane pair was mingling with a small group of sandhills when the whooper (male I assume) charged this sandhill and drove it away. I found that quite interesting and was fortunate to get some images of it.

Please click image for uncompressed view, thanks.

Bob
I love the behavior in this one. I have never seen interaction between Whooping Cranes and Sandhill Cranes when I've seen them together so I think you have certainly got a interesting image. Well done.

Super behavior capture, Bob. The poses, with wings extended, and the positioning of the birds within the frame could not be better. Very, very nice!

Nicely done to get a clear view of both in the same frame, Bob and the interaction is captured beautifully!
