1/2500, f/6.3, ISO640, hand held, no flash

I love how the entire image is in grey tones (including parts of the bird's wing and tail), and the only vivid color, yellow, is on your subject – it really works well for me.

I like this for the same reasons Ron has given, very nice "look" to this. The perch, pose and clean background (so perfect) almost suggests a "set-up" image but unlikely given this is a warbler. Nice to see the output on this very portable body/lens combination.

Lovely!  So sharp, and as Ron Day says, the grey tones with the subdued yellow makes it very pleasant to look at.
