Terrific action pose, David. The raised foot is perfect as the quail turns toward the attractive perch. Impressive detail — very well done!

Beautiful subject, pose, setting, and BG. LIghting was a bit tough, as it tends to be in this guy’s environs, so fill might have helped, bur a beautiful shot as is nonetheless.
