Hi,

these are some of those birds you'd never expect to get a shot. Every time I have seen them they flush when you make the slightest move.
Then suddenly on my last road trip, I could get close to them three times! Crazy!
Not sure what changed, maybe the time of the year or the area...

From far these birds look pretty grey, but from close up they are some of the prettiest parrots around!
