I finally got some images of Bohemian waxwings the other day. Unfortunately it was a cold, cloudy and windy day with poor light. The result was a bunch of high key images. However the red berries and white background gave it a winter feel consistent with the holiday season.

Please click image for uncompressed view, thanks.

Personally, I really like the high key images in this case. The birds and red berries just jump out at you. Good image, RLK.

A first-rate photograph, Bob! The high key presentation is superb, and the red berries add nicely to the image.

It takes perseverance, work, and shooting a lot of frames to get two waxwings in focus. You did well - this rocks.
