Redone with little more highlights on eye

Excellent image - great pose, nice perch, sweet BG, and nice detail.
My only possible suggestion would be to work on the beautiful red eye a bit to bring it out.

The background sets off the woodpecker and perch perfectly, Michael. Very good detail and exposure – a beautiful image!

Sandy - thanks for suggestion - I have uploaded revised edit - but light was very overcast - little unusual for here but bird's eye still does not have much red may be due to season or age,
