Very nice detail, soft natural colours, sweet pose, and bright eye.
I'm personally a little uncomfortable with the perspective - I know the tree isn't straight, but it feels odd to me that the bird isn't level. You might experiment with leveling the branch and bird with a CCW rotation, since the trunk isn't vertical anyway. See what you think.
