Preening time.
I took this yesterday.
I went back today, the open water was reduced dramatically after having had a very cold night.
There might not be any open water left by tomorrow.

Algonquin is very cold. Last night it was -30 degrees Celsius and with the wind chill it was either -40 or close to it.
There are good Northern Birds there but the cold and the deep snow is not appealing to most of us right now.
