Wow! Lots of eye contact, soft light and an excellent exposure against that dark background. This would look equally good as a 4X6.

This needs to be viewed large to fully appreciate it. The detail is so fine that you can see the tiny feathers sticking out on each side of the head. Remarkable work, Rob! Congratulations on this beauty!
