Black Oystercatcher

I typically find the Oystercatchers foraging on the rocks, today a pair was relaxing in the surf. There was nice warm light to work with and this one posed willingly.

I agree, the pose and lighting are excellent, but the exposure is very good too. Well done, Terry!
