Love this! Great pose and perch. From here, head and eyes are tack-sharp, but the tail and owl's right lower belly feathers are slightly soft. A little added sharpening might be useful. The perch is sweet as is, but you might also experiment with cutting some of the bottom off.
Really a wonderful image!

The dark, clean background really sets off the little owl beautifully, Jess. Very nice work!
