Thanks all. I appreciate it. Funny but I did have one other post here and I have left comments before. Not sure why it shows that this is my first post. Anyway 2 is not all that many more  :) Here is the link to my other post.

Anyway perhaps someone could help me with "the rules". Is constructive criticism allowed? Encouraged? Or do people only comment on what they like about an image?

Nice to see you posting over here Isaac. This one looks great with beautiful details and perfect lighting with lots of warm tones.
I would remove one catchlight to clear up the eye. Look forward to more from you.
