Tundra Bean Goose Anser serrirostris

Geese are quite rare in Hong Kong, although we have been getting more reports of geese in recent years.
On Tuesday 31 Oct 2017, a flock of four (4) Tundra Bean Geese  arrived at Mai Po Nature Reserve (MPNR), Hong Kong.
I was fortunate to witness their arrival that morning. They fly well over 4,500 km all the way from Siberia to escape the
freezing winter there.

Congratulations on photographing this rare species in your area, KK. Beautiful flight pose with the wings extended upward and nice positioning of the goose within the frame.
