I caught this beautiful juvie female taking off this perch a few weeks ago. I like the nice look she gave me as she took-off. This was almost full frame. Hope you like her.

Great take off pose with talons still on the perch and the wings extended upward. The light, background, detail, and eye contact are all excellent. Superb image, David.

Sweet! Bicolored background is as nice as the pose! Light is lovely. Still looking for my first of this species, I need to make it back down your way.....
