Occasionally it's nice to go for something different and perhaps dare I say, a bit 'Arty' too. No tricks or gimmicks done, just take the shot and a simple process.

Thanks to those who viewed or especially commented on the previous image.

A striking silhouette of the eagle with prey passing in front of the sun, Steve. Such a unique and unusual image. The kiss of the sun on the water adds a lot to the image.

A beautiful image. I would want to crop a little more of the water out - but that's my taste. This is simply a great image, clean simple and dynamic.

Thanks guys, in the larger frame if you click on it, you'll see the trail of water too on the RHS, although rather subtle.

Thanks. I found it, and it is very subtle, but it adds a nice touch.

Such amazing birds to see! A very striking capture against the sun Steve, and beautifully done!

Very cool Steve. The fact that you caught him with the sun behind him is fantastic but You also got him with his mouth open and we can see the fish real well too
Well done

Thanks David, guess you & Arash like 'open' beaks :D. Just trying to go a bit arty and away from my norm.

Hope all is good with you.

I'm doing great Steve! Thanks. Hope all is well with you too.

Lots of personal workshops lately so the trusty truck is getting a good workout. If you ever get to the west coast, remember your open seat in "The Truck"  :)

Talk to you soon.

Hi David,

Not wishing to hi jack the thread, so will be brief. Yep all good here, back to Africa & India next year, plus the awesome Polar Bear trip in 2019 so just keep that seat warm, I will make it one day.
