Sacramento NWR, Ca
Possibly the same bird and perch tree as Dean posted earlier this week.  The pose is the result of a raven harassing the falcon.  7D, 500/F4+1.4, F10, 1/1600, ISO 800, +0.67 EC, beanbag.
