This is beautiful Sandy. Love the look back pose as it's my favorite pose and the colors of the bird and the nice mottled green background look great together.
Looks like critical focus fell on the lower back at the primary feathers and the head is a little soft.
I recommend using the lasso tool and capture just the head and add some more sharpening only to the head .
I do it quite frequently on images just like this where it's just a hair off.
The shutter speed is already moderately low so looks like stopping down a bunch wasn't a viable option.
Very nice shot.
