Thanks Rob.
I use this gear combination maybe one percent of time as I prefer to use a Canon 7D Mark II with the 100-400 lens to get better pixel coverage.
In order to match the pixel coverage of the 7D Mark II, the full frame 5D Mark IV should have 52 megapixels and it only has 30 MP. :(

(LOL - "only" 30 megapixels! I remember only a few years ago buying my first camera with a whopping 12MP sensor! And being really proud of it, too :)

Great shot, Karl - what a beautiful pose.
